These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ta444 platform and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing the ta444 website, mobile site, and all related services, or by creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

1General Terms

3Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

On your first deposit at ta444, you will receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn you an additional ৳1,200 in bonus funds.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must complete a wager of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. This means if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳12,000 in bets before withdrawing.

• Bets must be placed within the specified time frame to meet the wagering requirements.
• Wagering contributions for some games may be limited while a bonus is active.
• If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program and Cashback

ta444's VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback offered at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier depends on consistent play and activity on the platform. ta444 reserves the right to change any VIP benefits.

4.4 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus is applicable only once and only for a single account.
• ta444 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account will be closed and the bonus cancelled.

5Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on ta444 are considered final once confirmed. If a bet is not recorded due to a technical issue, ta444's decision is final. Specific rules apply to each sport in sports betting.

5.2 Game Results

The results of all games are determined by the certified Random Number Generator (RNG) of the game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe). ta444 does not interfere with these results.

5.3 Live Casino

If a disconnection occurs during a live dealer game, any bet that has already been confirmed will remain active. ta444 is not responsible for losses caused by an unstable internet connection.

6Prohibited Activities

7Account Suspension and Closure

ta444 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Prolonged account inactivity.

7.2 Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your valid balance before closure, however bonuses held under incomplete wagering requirements will not be paid out.

8Limitation of Liability

ta444 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Disruption to games or betting due to loss of internet connection.
• Server or software failure of a third-party game provider.
• Loss of deposited funds due to unexpected technical errors.
• Issues with the user's own device or network.
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, government directives, etc.

The ta444 platform provides its service on an "as is" basis. The risk of any financial loss from gaming is entirely the user's own.
